Founding Product Designer / Design Engineer

Location : San Francisco, CA (Full-time on-site; Part-time contract may be remote)

Type : Full-time or Contract

A Series A AI startup is seeking a Product Designer to take the lead on transforming its customer-facing platform and website. This is a chance to own the visual and UX direction at a fast-growing AI company, working on high-impact projects that will define the product experience and brand for years to come.

What You’ll Do :

Own the entire design vision - from brand identity to product UI - shaping how customers interact with and perceive the platform.
Lead a complete website overhaul , creating a stunning, conversion-focused experience that tells our story.
Redesign the customer-facing console , elevating its usability, aesthetics, and delight factor.
Collaborate directly with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring bold ideas to life at speed.
Explore creative mediums, including web, product, visual storytelling, and motion graphics, to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong portfolio with B2B product and web design experience.

Proficiency in Figma; bonus for motion graphics or front-end familiarity.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation (open to both full time employees or part-time contractors) :

Full-time : $150K–$300K (base + bonus / equity)
