After Crew Bus Driver

POSITION SUMMARY

The After Crew Bus Driver provides transportation from our local schools to our After School Program. They must manage the bus and the passengers while driving and ensure that the bus passes the inspection each day.

The Bus Driver must be available to work Monday Friday from 1 : 30-4 : 00. These hours can be expanded if the candidate is interested in being part of our After Crew Team. Those hours would be Monday to Friday from 1 : 00-6 : 00 and would include PTO. Pay for the Bus Driver position is at $17.00 / hour and pay for the After Crew Team member is $15.00 / hour.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities :

• Follow all After Crew and JCC policies and procedures
• Obtain a DOT Physical
• Ensure the bus passes its daily inspection each day
• Keeps accurate attendance and oversees safety of children each day on the bus
• Implement routines rules and procedures for the operation of the bus
• Maintain positive working relationship with all staff
• Never leave children unattended
• Perform other duties as assigned
