  • What you will do :

    • Support the Construction Manager in defining project goals, procedures, data tracking methods, and performance benchmarks in alignment with company policies
    • Update construction schedules as needed, identifying required personnel and equipment to maintain project timelines
    • Develop and implement testing procedures to evaluate and monitor project performance effectively
    • Communicate any changes to the construction schedule promptly to supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders
    • Manage project budgets, timelines, and databases, providing regular updates to the Project Manager on progress and flagging any issues that may impact cost or schedule
    • Ensure adherence to quality control and assurance standards by overseeing compliance with all relevant specifications and regulations
    • What you will need to be successful :

    • 2-3 years of experience in project engineering or project planning, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality management
    • Experience in field management and on-site construction coordination
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field
    • Strong working knowledge of software such as Bluebeam and Procore
    • Solid understanding of compliance standards and quality assurance best practices
    • Familiarity with engineering change processes, including Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
