Key Responsibilities Prepares damage estimates through discussions with shops, photos, and field inspections Researches reasonable amounts and labor rates in the local market Documents claim files with notes and evaluations, and negotiates settlements for claims Required Qualifications Intermediate level experience in claims adjusting Ability to handle moderately complex claims Experience in preparing damage estimates and conducting inspections Knowledge of local market labor rates Bilingual in English / Spanish is desired but not required
