Job Description

Salary : $18-19 plus commission

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting both inside and outside sales teams by managing essential sales processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for data entry, contract processing, reviewing contracts, and conducting follow-ups to help convert leads into customers. Additionally, this role assists with training new sales representatives and streamlining sales workflows. This is a growth-oriented position with the potential to evolve into a leadership role.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES :

Collaborate with inside and outside sales teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping.
Manage contract processing, including reviewing contracts for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers to drive sales and strengthen relationships.
Support sales efforts by preparing quotes, proposals, and customer communications.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales representatives.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Help develop and refine sales processes and best practices.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Mentor and train team members to strengthen the overall sales team.
Interpret and analyze sales data to drive strategic decisions and improvements.
Proactively identify and solve problems to enhance sales efficiency.

CAPABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES :

2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or related role.

Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Excellent organizational and data management skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Experience in the fence or construction industry is a plus.

Spanish speaking required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.

Experience with CRM systems and sales support tools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Ability to sit and stand for extended periods while working on a computer or in meetings.

Occasional lifting of files or materials up to 25 pounds.
