Head of Engineering

A company is looking for a Head of R&D. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple engineering teams focused on Postgres, managing around 15 engineers Establish and maintain 3-month roadmaps aligned with Product priorities Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development while ensuring high engineering standards Required Qualifications Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams and complex technical projects Experience with remote, globally distributed teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to set roadmaps and drive accountability Experience in hiring, scaling, and mentoring engineering teams Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem and developer tools or infrastructure products
