We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical BIM Modeler who is eager to advance their career with an award-winning, full-service design and consulting firm!

At EAPC , our team of professionals including architects, engineers, interior designers, and construction managers work together to create exceptional structures and designs that impact communities.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Assist the Project Manager or Principal on projects from concept to successful completion
  • Utilize and manage computer-aided design software such as REVIT and AutoCAD
  • May use TRACE for building calculations
  • May assist in equipment selection and scheduling
  • Work day-to-day with other engineering disciplines, internal and external, of the organization
  • May perform construction management, as necessary, for projects during the construction phase
  • Must be able to accommodate and meet customer demands within deadlines
  • Verify and interpret applicable codes and regulations

Qualifications :

  • Minimum two-year associate degree in Drafting Technology or related degree
  • Must have experience with REVIT, or extensive coursework at minimum
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
  • Knowledge of standardized drafting practices and procedures
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime
  • A valid driver's license
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • This position will report directly to the Mechanical Engineering Lead and will work as an integrated member of a multi-disciplinary, in-house team of engineers, architects, and designers / modelers.

    Compensation is based on the applicant's skills, education, and other qualifications.
