What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Lead 3 to 4 teams in developing high-level strategies with clients and executing media, influencer, and social media campaigns

Manage PR programs from kickoff through achieving goals, while maintaining exceptional client management skills

Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, pitches, and award submissions

Mentor junior staff and assist in their development, including delivering annual reviews and quarterly check-ins

Participate in new business processes by identifying targets, conducting research, and presenting at pitches

What is Required (Qualifications) :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within the technology industry

Proven track record of managing PR programs and achieving goals

Strong writing skills with the ability to create a variety of PR materials

Established relationships with consumer tech media and influencers

Ability to manage through periods of change and maintain client confidence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Experience measuring the ROI of communications activities

Strong grasp and creative use of social media channels for engagement

Familiarity with media training and developing key messages for clients

Participation in networking events and proactive identification of new business opportunities
