What You'll Do : Your Impact on the Go!

  • Be a Diagnostic Hero : Perform and process high-quality X-rays using our cutting-edge portable digital (DR) radiography equipment , capturing the clear, precise images doctors need for critical diagnoses.
  • Patient-First Care : From ensuring comfort to explaining procedures, you'll be the friendly face that keeps patients calm and informed. You'll also be a stickler for radiation safety , using proper patient shielding and collimation to protect everyone.
  • Master of Mobility : Independently operate and meticulously maintain your mobile X-ray equipment and company-provided vehicle.
  • Seamless Communication & Documentation : Easily transmit digital images to radiologists for interpretation and maintain thorough documentation of patient information, imaging results, and services performed. You'll communicate efficiently and professionally with dispatch, management, peers, and clients.
  • Autonomous & Accountable : Manage your daily caseload, self-dispatching or checking in with dispatch regularly, and ensuring timely arrival at cases. You'll thrive working independently while staying connected to a supportive network.
  • Beyond X-Rays (as needed) : You might also perform EKGs and even manage Holter monitors, expanding your skill set and impact!
  • Compliance Champion : Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and ethical guidelines, including those related to vehicle operation, substance use, and patient identification.

What You'll Bring : Your Essential Toolkit

  • Certified & Licensed : You're a registered ARRT or LMRT Radiologic Technologist with all the necessary state licensures for X-rays.
  • Road Warrior Ready : A current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record are a must, as you'll be navigating West Texas in a company vehicle.
  • Mobile Experience : You've got a proven track record with portable X-ray equipment and love the mobile imaging lifestyle.
  • Physical Ability : You're physically capable of loading and unloading X-ray equipment (100-185 lbs – don't worry, ramps / winches are available!) from the vehicle multiple times per shift, maneuvering equipment to patient bedsides, and placing flat panel detectors under patients. You can also transport equipment up and down 2-3 steps.
  • Communication Pro : You're a clear, empathetic communicator. Bilingualism is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated & Dependable : You're a self-starter who thrives with autonomy and consistently delivers.
  • Ethical & Professional : You uphold the highest standards of medical ethics and professional conduct in every interaction.
