Salary : $115,000 - $144,000

The facility specializes in producing metal composite materials, particularly aluminum-based panels used in architectural and structural applications such as building facades and signage. The Maintenance and Engineering Manager responsibilities include :

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of technicians and professionals, aligning departmental goals with broader organizational objectives.
• Ensure equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, reliability analytics, and safety protocol enforcement.
• Manage capital projects from planning to commissioning, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee departmental operations, including work orders, inventory control, KPIs, SOPs, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Administer training programs, onboarding, and qualification processes for technical staff, while supporting continuous improvement across all shifts.
