A company is looking for an HR Business Partner for US & India Operations. Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding, exits, HRMS updates, and compliance documentation for US employees while coordinating with India HR Design and implement people programs and engagement initiatives for US teams in collaboration with leadership Serve as the first responder for HR queries and support US hires from interview scheduling to integration Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 4+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a global, high-growth organization Strong working knowledge of US labor laws; familiarity with India employment practices is a plus Proficiency in HRIS / HRMS systems; experience with global platforms preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations
