• Assess material requirements and collaborate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Develop and refine specifications for new contract orders to align with organizational needs.
• Monitor supply chain processes and address issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Apply sound judgment and prior experience to resolve challenges and optimize planning processes.
• Work independently to manage supply planning tasks while adhering to established procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of materials.
• Utilize knowledge of materials handling and production workflows to improve supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align material specifications with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to supply planning activities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain procedures and materials handling processes.
• Ability to work independently and apply expertise with attention to detail in decision-making.
• Proficiency in planning processes and coordination with multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with supplier management and contract development.
• Knowledge of production workflows and engineering requirements.
• Competence in office functions and the use of relevant software tools.
