As a UI / UX Designer, you act as the user's voice-understanding their needs and developing thoughtful solutions that enhance their experience. Success in this role means embracing human-centered design, encouraging innovation through experimentation, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful, user-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive creative, holistic thinking to develop and maintain a cohesive company-wide design system
  • Evolve and contribute to scalable design patterns within a growing design language
  • Apply design thinking and UX best practices to produce storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate ideas
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into practical, user-centered solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to create wireframes that support the development and execution of user stories
  • Partner with UX Engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and interactions
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows and prototype developmen

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in user experience design or a related discipline
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch, and Adobe XD for creating, prototyping, and collaborating on design solutions
  • Skilled in building interactive prototypes to support usability testing and validate concepts before development
  • Strong expertise in interaction design, including behavior patterns for clicks, taps, swipes, and other user inputs
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining scalable, system-wide design frameworks
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Demonstrated success in shaping and executing customer-centric strategies for large-scale, enterprise-level projects
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; experienced in engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Proficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline design workflows and accelerate project delivery
