Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions for HR and Talent business processes Conduct strategy and progress sessions with clients and lead a team of consultants Provide mentorship to new consultants and participate in demo sessions for prospective clients Required Qualifications 3 - 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience Led 3 - 4+ medium to large-scale projects Involved in 7+ projects Associate or Professional Compensation Certification preferred Associate or Professional PMGM Certification preferred
