craft high-quality, handcrafted artwork that reflects innovation, creativity, and exceptional craftsmanship. We collaborate closely with our Art Development, Product Development and Operations teams to ensure every piece meets the highest artistic standards while optimizing processes to support growing demand.
We're hiring a Manager, Art Consulting to join our Art Studio team. This role leads a team of Art Consultants and Project Managers, overseeing project execution and delivery. You'll qualify incoming requests, align client needs with studio capabilities, and guide projects from concept to production. In collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams, you’ll manage timelines, curate assortments, and support client relationships. You'll also help shape business strategy and grow our presence in the hospitality and commercial design space.
In This Role
- Lead a team of Art Consultants and Project Managers, ensuring quality execution and timely deliverables
- Qualify incoming project requests from Brands, Sales reps, and customers—both new and existing—to assess feasibility, alignment with studio capabilities, and potential for profitable production
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to understand client needs, manage expectations, and align on project requirements, prototyping, approvals, and timelines
- Curate assortments for commercial, hospitality, and design proposals
- Develop strategies to expand our market presence and identify new customer segments
- Oversee project milestones, manage samples, and maintain customer communication
- Manage and support the completion of curated art assortments for Account Executives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and updates are clearly communicated to customers
- Analyze trends in the hospitality sector and provide recommendations to Sales for growth opportunities
- Domestic travel up to six times per year for trade shows and customer visits
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

5+ years of experience in the commercial art industry with art consulting, sales management, and operational expertise in the H / D verticalBachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Studio Art, Art History, or a related fieldSkilled in content curation and product pairing with knowledge of art construction, finishing, and packagingStrong leadership and strategic executionDetail-oriented with the ability to create BOM-level specs
