About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to help drive strategic engagements and lead key initiatives across our client portfolio. This is a client-facing role ideal for individuals who have worked at consulting firms and have a track record of writing and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs), leading proposal development, and presenting directly to client executives. This position is being opened in parallel with our search for a delivery consultant, as part of our succession plan for a retiring team member.

Who You Are :

Lead proposal creation, pricing, and SOW development efforts in coordination with internal stakeholders and clients

• Present solutions to clients, negotiate contract terms, and align expectations on deliverables and timelines
• Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• Provide leadership across consulting engagements, ensuring quality execution, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction
• Manage cross-functional consulting teams across diverse projects, including business process improvement, systems integration, and technology strategy
• Act as a key advisor to senior-level client stakeholders and internal teams
• Create project roadmaps, support change management, and oversee end-to-end delivery
• Ensure ongoing knowledge development and share thought leadership across the organization
