Key Responsibilities Confirm accuracy and integrity of employee data through audits and coordinate data cleanup as necessary Design, generate, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports and analysis Provide daily system support and troubleshooting for end-users Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 2 - 3 years of HRIS Administration experience in UKG is required Experience and / or knowledge of HR practices and policies Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to use BI dashboards and reporting tools Solid experience in Excel; Pivot tables and vlookups
