Key Responsibilities Consolidate system bug reporting and replicate bug scenarios Create manual test scenarios and assist in QA for new CRM features Monitor CRM automated processes and report on trends Required Qualifications Fluent in English Extensive knowledge of Excel and its tools Experience in creating manual test scenarios Knowledge of system integration processes (webhooks, HTTP requests, JSON, APIs) Experience in QA positions
