Atlas Heating and Air, LLC is a fast-growing HVAC contractor specializing in commercial construction projects across the Treasure Valley. We take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service and building long-term relationships with our customers. As we expand, we’re looking for dedicated HVAC installers to join our team. This is a Full-time position (Monday-Friday). Ideal candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week. Candidates inquiring about the apprentice positions must have a reliable form of transportation. Candidates inquiring about the Journeyman position will have a company vehicle provided to them, as they will be expected to run jobs. Key Responsibilities :

• Install HVAC systems in commercial buildings
• Cut and fabricate sheet metal
• Interpret and work from construction plans
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades
• Adhere to safety standards and building codes
• Contribute to a team-oriented jobsite and meet project deadlines

Journeyman Candidates : Up to $40.00 / Hour DOE

2+ years of HVAC experience in commercial construction

Valid HVAC Journeyman License

Valid Driver's License

Strong troubleshooting skills

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions

Ability to lead small crews and mentor apprentices

Ability to work out of town on occasion

Apprentice Candidates : $15.00-$25.00 / Hour DOE

1+ years of HVAC or construction experience preferred

HVAC Apprentice Card

Eagerness to learn and grow within the trade

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions

Ability to work out of town on occasion
