Key Responsibilities Manage and scale the offshoring strategy, ensuring integration of offshore employees into company culture Design and execute a workforce model that aligns work with appropriate resources, translating strategy into business metrics Identify opportunities for AI adoption in workforce processes and provide strategic insights to executives on workforce decisions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred 8+ years of experience in workforce planning, business operations, or organizational design Proven experience in offshoring and contingent workforce management Hands-on experience with EOR models and global labor laws Experience in supporting strategic transactions like M&A and divestitures
