As an Inside Sales Representative you will be handling inbound calls driven in by Internet, Mail and Third Party Marketing. You will consult customers on their organization needs and match the correct products and benefits to convert leads into customers. In addition, you will determine if one of our Design Consultants should visit their home.
Pay Details :
Total Average Earnings : $40k-$60k (first year)Hourly position with bonus opportunities for performanceResponsibilities
At Garaginization our Inside Sales Team works with homeowners through inbound leads to assist in the organization of their residential garage spaces. Our Inside Sales Team works with customers to determine the best organizational solutions and applications for their home. They will determine if the client needs a in home consultation or if phone oriented solution is sufficient.
Duties and Responsibilities
Takes proactive action to drive increased sales performance in order to achieve our sales objectives.Possesses strong sales experience and communication skills in order to be able to sell the best product to our clients and answer their questions.Conducts research through avenues such as the web, periodicals, and networking to determine prospective clientsEnsures 100% of sales activity is recorded in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemOther duties as requested or assigned.Knowledge and Skills Required
HS Diploma / GED, Bachelor’s degree in Sales / Marketing or general business is preferred1-3 years experience in a related sales backgroundExcellent skills and comfortable with phone oriented sellingStrong ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writingComputer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Flexibility in a rapidly changing work environmentAbility to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a work in a team environmentAbility to multi-taskAbility to adapt quickly and create interim solutions until permanent tool / process are in placeStrong commitment to quality serviceHighly motivated with a sense of urgencyJob Type : Full-time
