Rental Equipment Support Specialist | $14 | Weekends = Friday - Sunday 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM | Location : Downtown Houston, TX 77003

Job Description :

We are seeking a hands-on and energetic Rental Equipment Support Specialist to maintain and prepare electric scooters while providing excellent customer service during weekend evening shifts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical activity, working outdoors, and engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Load, unload, stage, and maintain electric scooters

Charge batteries, perform basic maintenance, and inspect equipment

Greet customers and assist with the rental process and safety guidance

Use mobile apps to track tasks and scooter status

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications :

Experience in physical labor, warehouse, or equipment support preferred

Ability to stand / walk for long periods and lift to 40 lbs.

Strong customer service skills and professionalism

Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology

Reliable with weekend availability (Friday-Sunday nights)

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly rate for this position, which is $14 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
