Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively recruiting for a full-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Palo Alto, California.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
ScheduleMonday, Tuesday and Thursday : 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm
Friday and Saturday : 11 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 amAnswers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone.Maintains an above-average attendance record.Follows established standard operating proceduresQualifications / Requirements
A high school diploma is required.At least one year of call center experience is required.Can be a team player.Can work without direct supervision.Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly.Has a good work ethicOutstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Must be flexiblePrevious Military encouraged to apply
