Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team full-time! In this role, youll support patient care by preparing for each visit ahead of time. Responsibilities include reviewing and organizing new patient paperwork, entering medications and allergies into the patient chart, and ensuring any relevant imaging or prior records are uploaded before the appointment. Youll assist providers during exams and help maintain a clean, well-organized clinical environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual in Spanish, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office.
Patient Preparation & Intake
- Greet and check in patients; process intake paperwork
- Pre-prep the providers note using new patient paperwork
- Prepare for patient visits, including pulling charts and notes beforehand
- Enter medications, allergies, and relevant history into the patient chart
- Check for prior imaging and upload results into the EHR
- Request and follow up on cardiac clearances
- Take and record vital signs
- Prepare patients for examinations or procedures (e.g., positioning, explaining steps)
Clinical Assistance
Assist providers with basic medical care and proceduresEducate patients on pre- and post-procedure careAdministrative Duties

Full-time : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PMWilling to work occasional Saturdays , as neededMust be willing to travel to other office locations as neededQualifications
BLS Certification or Certified Medical AssistantExcellent customer service skillsStrong attention to detail
