Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multipleplex projects related to AI adoption, engineering process improvement, and technology modernization withinpliance Engineering.
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit and track outstanding items topletion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans.
  • Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timelypletion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to the firm's project management standards andernance frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and stakeholders, to ensure program success.
  • Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present program and issue status reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintainprehensive program documentation, including technical process documentation.
  • Ensurepliance with industry standards and best practices for security, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program or Project Manager, with a track record of successfully deliveringplex DevOps programs.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and capabilities is a plus.
  • Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in program management tools and software, such as JIRA.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a track record of successfully deliveringplex technical projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Alteryx and Tableau is preferred.
