Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multipleplex projects related to AI adoption, engineering process improvement, and technology modernization withinpliance Engineering.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit and track outstanding items topletion.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans.
- Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timelypletion of projects within budget and scope.
- Ensure all projects adhere to the firm's project management standards andernance frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and stakeholders, to ensure program success.
- Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present program and issue status reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Create and maintainprehensive program documentation, including technical process documentation.
- Ensurepliance with industry standards and best practices for security, scalability, and reliability.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree2-4 years of experienceProven experience as a Technical Program or Project Manager, with a track record of successfully deliveringplex DevOps programs.Familiarity with AI tools and capabilities is a plus.Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in program management tools and software, such as JIRA.Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a track record of successfully deliveringplex technical projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience with Alteryx and Tableau is preferred.ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS
