Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience Manage a portfolio of 15-25 requisitions with a proactive and organized approach Collaborate with business leaders to align hiring strategies with broader business objectives Required Qualifications 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in both corporate and agency settings Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Analytical thinking with comfort in data-driven decision making Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
