As an experiencedCompensation Consultant, you will lead the development of a formal compensation strategy and infrastructure. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and HR to scope and deliver a customized project that establishes a compensation philosophy, bands, levels, and structure for approximately 25 job titles. The work is project-based, flexible in terms of hours, and is targeted for completion by the end of Q3.
Worksite Location : Hybrid flexible, Minneapolis, MN office.
Salary Range : Hourly rate between $85-$110, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement a compensation philosophy
- Design compensation infrastructure, including job families, bands, levels, and pay grades
- Review and align approximately 25 job titles to the defined structure
- Evaluate and incorporate job competencies into the compensation strategy
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and provide data-driven insights
- Partner with stakeholders to assess and revise job descriptions as needed
- Present recommendations and documentation to leadership for implementation
