Customer Service Representative Needed!

We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to lead projects, manage schedules, and keep communication flowing between our internal teams, sales staff, and clients. In this role, you'll blend account management, order processing, and project coordination to ensure top-quality results delivered on timeevery time.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Plan, schedule, and track multiple projects simultaneously
  • Oversee inventory and direct purchasing of materials
  • Enter and process orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge of printing, fulfillment, or large-format production
  • Experience with ePS Pace (order entry software)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (familiarity with design software preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on outstanding customer service
  • Schedule

  • MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM (hours may vary to meet customer needs)
  • Occasional weekend hours as needed (typically remote and customer-driven)
  • OT rate (1.52x hourly rate) when required
