Expectations for Success :
- Client Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market. Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.
- Account Growth : Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services across multiple business segments.
- Market Engagement : Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.
- Territory Ownership : Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success.
