Schedule : 4 : 00pm - 12 : 00am, 4 : 00pm -4 : 00am, 4 : 00pm - 8 : 00am, 8 : 00pm - 8 : 00am

Pay Range : $108,000 - $116,525 / year

Administrative Nursing Supervisor Position Responsibilities :

• Ensures the provision of safe nursing care for all patients reflective of the plan of care through assessment, intervention and evaluation.
• Participates in development and implementation of standards for nursing action and in the evaluation of those standards through process and outcome audits.
• Thoroughly assess patient conditions and specialized nursing care needs.
• Maintains an awareness of the patients’ and families’ psychological and physical needs by promoting total care.
• Demonstrates excellent nursing clinical knowledge.
