Job description

Serves beverages to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements by performing the following duties :

• Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
• Interacting with customers by taking orders and serving meals and drinks
• Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
• Inform guests of daily specials and takes beverage order
• Deliver drink orders
• Monitor tables ensuring all patrons are served
• Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles, disposes properly of bottles and washes glasses in glass washer
• Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
• Maintain bar station by keeping area tidy and stock bar by placing orders as needed
• Compute bill and accept payments
• Track sales receipts
• Complete bar inventory log
• All other duties as assigned
