Insider Intelligence is seeking a Systems Administrator to support internal and remote systems for our NY office and remote workers. This is an exciting and fast-paced role that will maintain and continuously improve our infrastructure; playing a critical role in keeping these systems running seamlessly and implementing enhancements that allow us to improve and scale at Insider Intelligence, the leading provider of research focused on digital transformation.This role will report to the Director of Information Technology.Our headquarters is in New York City and the Systems Administrator role will be in a hybrid working environment, where you are required to work in the office on an as-needed basis (typically once a week).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain essential IT operations for the administration of user access, roles, and permissions across productivity, security, and authentication platforms (Google Workspace, Office 365, Adobe, Okta, Active Directory.)
  • Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation covering key operational processes and system integrations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot system alerts.
  • Configure and manage device policies for software deployments and security patching with tools such as Jamf, and MS Intune.
  • Support employee on and off-boarding workflows by implementing automation to these processes.
  • Facilitate the management of an infosec training platform and deployment of an EDR solution.
  • Manage and oversee the backup solution for our virtual and on-premises servers while ensuring they are up-to-date and operating as expected.
  • Assist with in-office network infrastructure projects.

    • Desired Skills & Experience :

  • Experience with administration and reporting of software suites such as Google Workspace and Microsoft O365 at medium to large organizations.
  • Experience implementing and supporting an enterprise IT Asset Management environment with Asset Panda
  • Working knowledge in managing and configuring Jamf and MS Intune MDM solutions
  • Experience in managing Cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with automating on / offboarding tasks with and Zapier platform
  • Experience deploying and supporting an EDR solution (CrowdStrike) across company assets
  • Familiarity with backup and virtualization technologies such as Veeam and HyperV
  • Comfortable supporting office networking and wifi infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Knowbe4 or Litmos learning management systems

  • Base salary : $100,000-120,000 (dependent on skills & experience)
