VP of Compliance

A company is looking for a VP of Compliance to lead regulatory adherence and risk management efforts. Key Responsibilities Manage comprehensive compliance programs and provide strategic direction for the compliance team Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the company remains compliant with applicable laws Develop and deliver ethics and compliance training to employees while collaborating with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; JD or advanced degree is a plus At least 10 years of experience in a compliance leadership role within the fintech, banking, or financial services industry Ability to develop and lead compliance programs and drive results through strong business relations Strong knowledge of federal laws and regulations related to lending operations Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) are preferred
