Admissions Advisor – Remote or On-Campus | Joyce University

As an Admissions Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey. From the first conversation to enrollment, you’ll be the trusted advisor who connects passion with purpose. Your ability to listen, empathize, and provide clear direction will make all the difference for students as they take the next step toward their future.

What You’ll Do Every Day :

  • Guide prospective students through the admissions process with professionalism and care
  • Build meaningful relationships to understand student goals and match them with the right program
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, text, or video chat to keep students engaged and informed
  • Deliver engaging virtual and on-campus tours
  • Conduct admissions interviews and ensure accurate, timely completion of enrollment paperwork
  • Track student progress, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate data in our CRM system
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals with the support of Admissions leadership
  • Collaborate with your team in trainings, meetings, and student-centered events
  • Requirements : What You Bring :

  • Required : Associate’s degree + 3–5 years of relationship sales experience
  • Preferred : Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of successful higher education admissions experience
  • A proven ability to connect, motivate, and inspire others
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • A passion for education and a drive to help students succeed
