Job Summary Details :

The Dispatcher receives assistance requests from clients and customers, and assigns individuals and teams to respond to those requests.

Basic Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older
No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.

Preferred Qualifications :

One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience preferred

Key Responsibilities :

Assign cleaning crews to aircraft based on arrival / departure schedules and crew availability.

Monitor flight schedules and adjust cleaning assignments in real-time to accommodate delays or changes.

Communicate clearly with team leads, supervisors, and airline personnel to ensure timely service.

Track and document cleaning activities, crew assignments, and service completion times.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, security regulations, and company policies.

Report any issues, delays, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain accurate records of shift activities and prepare end-of-shift reports.

Support cleaning crews with logistical needs such as equipment, supplies, and access coordination.
