About The Position

Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Full-Time | Outpatient | Permanent Position | Bay City & Saginaw Township, MI

Join Covenant HealthCare , a leading health system in Michigan’s Great Lakes Bay Region , as a Primary Care Physician. We are currently seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physicians for 2024 and Family Medicine candidates targeting a ASAP start .

This is an ideal role for those who want to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, patient-centered environment while enjoying the four-season beauty and lifestyle of Michigan.

Practice Details :

Openings due to upcoming physician retirements

Outpatient-only practice with robust hospitalist support

Located in Bay City and Saginaw Township , MI

Monday–Friday schedule , no weekends or holidays

Shared phone call coverage with other primary care colleagues

Modern facilities with state-of-the-art technology

Many sites are designated Patient-Centered Medical Homes , some with CPC+ status

Collaborative, physician-led culture with a strong emphasis on quality care

Support for new grads – mentorship from experienced physicians

Compensation & Benefits :

Highly competitive base salary (per MGMA guidelines; based on experience / training)
