WIELANDs Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing messaging for marketing communications. This well-organized, motivated individual will create unique and lasting content to promote WIELANDs success and mission both internally and externally.
Job Functions
- Create, design, and implement graphic materials to promote WIELAND and its mission in accordance with its graphic standards and branding guide.
- Assist in the development, design, and printed production of proposals in a timely manner.
- Communicate positively and effectively with other companies and departments.
- Develop new and update existing collateral material in response to the needs of the Regional Offices.
- Create specialty brochures which highlight sectors when necessary.
- Available to assist any department when a request is made.
- Deliver a visually pleasing quarterly presentation for a company-wide meeting, including content from all departments.
- Coordinate photo shoots for creative stock photo needs.
- Ensure the response to RFP / RFQ are free of errors.
- Take written copy and design and organize it in response to formal RFPs or RFQs.
- Create print, electronic, and outdoor advertisements.
- Develop trade show and career fair materials and displays.
- Coordinate the re-design of some collateral to facilitate regional needs.
- Design company brochures to highlight specific project types and projects based on region.
- Assist with the design of key company apparel items.
- Assist with photography / video production and social media items when necessary.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with printing vendors.
- Ability to receive methods for improvement or constructive criticism.
- Maintain and display company values and culture.
Qualifications
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.Mastery of industry-standard software.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to provide portfolio upon request.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
