Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative

Allstate - Devery Prince Agency Team is growing! We're looking for two motivated individuals to join our Anchorage-based Allstate agency. No insurance license? No problem. If you bring the right attitude, personality, and problem-solving skills, we will invest in you. We will cover your training, licensing, and hands-on development so you can grow into a highly skilled and successful Inside Sales Professional.

This role is designed to provide a clear growth path from day one : you'll start with a strong base wage, earn bonuses as you hit key training milestones, and graduate into a full Inside Sales compensation package with commissions, performance bonuses, and health benefits. Our goal is to build you into a top-producing professional with the ability to consistently earn a high wage.

Compensation & Career Growth Path

• Day 1 : $17.50 / hr starting wage
• Licensing & Training Bonuses : Earn $500 when you get licensed and appointed, $500 when you obtain binding authority, and $500 for demonstrating system competency.
• Wage Increase : Base pay increases to $19 / hr as you achieve these milestones.
• Additional Development Bonuses : $500 for binding and issuing key product lines, plus $500 for demonstrating legacy product mastery.
