Service Associate

Under direct supervision, the Service Associate provides foundational support to the One Insurance Solution Team. This role focuses on administrative tasks, advisor service, and operational support while building knowledge of insurance processes and internal systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage shared team email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and task routing.
  • Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and documentation.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Collect and organize information from insurance carriers for case support.
  • Assist with basic advisor inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Support the preparation of client materials and internal reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of

  • Basic office procedures and administrative practices.
  • Insurance terminology and advisor workflows (preferred).
  • Internal systems and document handling processes.
  • Skill in

  • Managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally via email and phone.
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal platforms for data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to

  • Provide excellent service to internal partners and advisors.
  • Stay organized and follow through on assignments.
  • Learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
  • Educational / Previous Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or relevant coursework in business or finance preferred.
  • 12 years of administrative or customer service experience, ideally in financial services.
  • OR :
  • An Equivalent combination of experience, education, and / or training approved by Human Resources
