Job Title : BSA / AML Specialist

Location : North Miami, FL 33181

Duration : 6 Months Contract

Pay Scale : $40.00 - $44.00 / hr.

Job Description :

• The QA Specialist Sr will be responsible for performing QA on the complex workstreams (FIU Investigations and High-Risk Reviews).
• Additionally, QA Specialist Sr will assist in providing guidance and training to the Quality Control (QC) teams within AML / BSA and OFAC.
• 5 or more years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, with emphasis on investigation experience, preferably in security, fraud, anti-money laundering.
• Hands-on experience in executing QA / QC, audit, or compliance testing programs.
• Regulatory compliance experience including support of policy and procedure reviews / updates, fulfilling regulatory agency and / or law enforcement requests, reviewing suspicious activity, interpreting OFAC sanctions risk, and customer due diligence.
• Sound knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (including the USA PATRIOT Act), Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC sanctions and other AML laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related studies OR equivalent experience
