Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Senior Business Analyst on our CPO team. You will be responsible for defining and managing the Leidos QTC AI-Assisted Platform and Product Domain Solutions capability catalog, functions and key features. This role oversees and supports all the business analysts, requirements leads in each product domain, and platform team providing guidance and direction when required. This role is crucial for clarifying the required features and overall vision for transformation changes and preventing conflicts and communication gaps during development and testing.

This role reports through the Transformation Management Office Lead and can be remote with travel requirements to participate in complex planning and other schedule management meetings in Northern Virginia, South-West Texas, and / or Southern California.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Define and maintains the key capability, functions and feature catalog for each of our product domains and platform system solution
  • Develop capability and functional objectives and requirements from the high-level vision, mission, objectives, scope and / or use case / problem descriptions from senior leaders, customers and other stakeholders
  • Capture business needs, objectives, business process flows, and other inputs then converts them to functional requirements
  • Support product domain and platform software solution requirement analysts decomposes functional requirements into process and technical requirements
  • Analyze requirements, reconciles conflicting interests, and ensures the final deliverable meets the intended objectives
  • Develop process flows when required for simulated use cases using industry research and feedback from Product Domain and Operations SMEs
  • Develop swim lane diagrams to describe the process flow, data flows and persona interfaces using tools such as Visio, Cameo, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions, interviews and other techniques to validate requirements developed with stakeholders
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation
  • Assists product planning, project management, risk management and UX design activities
  • Supports the Product Domain and Platform Software Solutions teams prioritize and evaluate requirements
  • Supports testing and validation activities against the defined requirements
  • Supports vendor tool product assessments against defined requirements
  • Supports documentation product specification / limitation fact sheets

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 12 years of relevant professional experience
  • In depth knowledge of requirements engineering practices
  • Background in Health and IT
  • Ability to bridge the gap between a business problem and potential solutions
  • Good communication skills
  • Value engineering experience and skills an advantage
