Senior IT Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior IT Specialty Analyst specializing in Accounts Receivable workflows within Epic Hospital Billing. Key Responsibilities Support and optimize AR workflows in Epic HB, including insurance follow-up and denial resolution Leverage Waystar claim status integration to enhance automation and reduce manual tasks Partner with operational leaders to resolve AR issues and identify process improvements Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree Hands-on experience with AR workflows including denials and credits Preferred experience with Waystar claim status and AR automation Preferred knowledge of SBO system actions and reconciliation processes Preferred experience in large-scale revenue cycle projects or SBO conversions
