What You'll Do :
Responsible for inspecting Wood panels which is our 640 line for cheese containers from the production line in accordance with Tosca’s food safety policiesMust be able to load, unload, wood panels and hang to dry and move onto metal lineMust be able to safely operate a forklift sit down propane lift.Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment including reporting food or environmental safety concernsMust be able to understand, operate, and manage automated machinery – touchscreen and switch panelsCan operate multiple service center operational processes including HMI and scanning.Manage the sanitization of production line and equipmentMust be able to safely operate equipment in alignment with Tosca’s safety protocols including - Lockout / Tag out, Chemical Handling, etc.Monitor processing of orders through the line and adjust input or output as needed to maximize through putMonitor supplies or materials used for processingComplete document prep, filing, training, auditing, data entry, inventory counts, etc.Must be able to understand written instructionsWill be required to assist the Maintenance Coordinator or Technician on minor machine adjustments or fixesPerform other related duties and assignments as required within the service centerWhat We Are Looking For :
Minimum 2+ years related experience preferredForklift Experience – 2+ years actively operating a forklift where applicableOperators Experience – 2+ years operating automated equipmentPackaging or Food manufacturing environment is a plus
