Project Manager

We're urgently hiring a Project Manager with at least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager and at least 2+ years of cold formed steel metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling experience.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager on cold formed steel metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling projects
  • 2+ years of experience on cold formed steel metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling projects
  • RFI's, pricing and changes, being the face of the client, etc.
  • Knowledge of quick bid and onscreen takeoff processes

    • Work Environment :

    Based in Golden. 4 PM / Estimators, 3 Superintendents, 80 field people.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $52.88 / hr.
