Introducing the Complete Cottage Home Kit (CHK) the modern upgraded version of the early 20th century Sears Roebuck & Co kit home.

Sunshine Network Homes, Inc a highly scalable, multi-billion dollar, truly affordable workforce housing business model startup that is currently seeking one (1) qualified / experienced & talented SEO Social-Media Marketing Director (MD) to fill the position immediately.

The MD will be responsible for providing the following :

JOB DISCRIPTION :

The MD will be responsible for SEO / Social-Media / Blogging / preferred - SiteGround platform website design & PPC ads for the purpose of promoting the company and aligning our website and Indiegogo fundraising campaign with Google and other major search engines in order to generate public awareness, funding donations, product sales, resulting in a strong organic 1st page presence on Google with strong positive, quantifiable results materialized within the first six-months of the campaign. The successful candidate will possess and be fluent in Semrush / Screamingfrog or Arefs . The MD will be required to invest a total of #10 hours per week or #40 hours per thirty-days on SEO until such time sufficient traction and desired results have been achieved. The MD will be provided with a twelve-month detailed scope of work, scheduled itinerary to follow. We will require a ½ hour status meeting via google meets every two-weeks.
The MD position will be a 1099 IC / 100% commission responsible for their own taxes.
We are treating our future MD as an investor without the burden of investing hundreds of thousands of dollars, but rather to invest 10 hours of labor per week, 40 per month in lieu of while keeping day job. You're in charge of making your own schedule.
The company is uniquely positioned to fulfill fast and at scale the national and international unmet, pent-up demand for truly affordable working class, workforce family housing at hundreds of thousands of dollars lower price points.

COMPENSATION :

Phase I : MD compensation will include sharing in revenues from our Indiegogo ($5,000,000.) fund raising campaign will earn (5%) of funds raised or a total amount not to exceed ($250,000.) with ( $5,000.) to be paid out for every ($100,000.) milestone of funds raised, or fifty (#50) separate disbursements projected to be fully paid out within the first six to nine-months.

Phase II : MD compensation will include company profit sharing of ($5,000.) to be paid out for every hundred (#100) Complete CHK sales - any model - and not to exceed ($250,000.) in total commissions projected to be fully paid out within the first ten to eighteen months.

Phase III : MD compensation will include being awarded (#5,000) shares of company non-voting common stock when (50%) of Phase I funding goal has been achieved.

Phase IV : MD compensation will include the option to transition as a full-time W2 employee beginning in month twelve with a guaranteed annual salary of ($175,000.) including (.05%) of company profits not to exceed ($15,000,000.) when company achieves the goal of (#500) Complete CHK sales - any model.

Phase V Bonus : MD compensation will include receiving an additional (#100,000) shares of company non-voting common stock after twenty-four months of service has been spent and when company achieves the goal of (#50,000) Complete CHK sales - any model.

Note : The potential value of company shares will far exceed any profit sharing or annual salaries.

The company has the ability now to deliver up to (#1,620,000) Complete Cottage Home Kits (CHK) per year , throughout all of Canada, U.S., and Mexico and ultimately the world via our supplier and distributor (#2,325) The Home Depot stores; with a grand total capacity to deliver up to (#3,300,000) Complete CHK per year when LOWES is brought on line projected for 2nd quarter 2026.

The finalist, selected applicant will be required to execute our company NDA prior to reviewing our Business Plans executive summary.
