Under some supervision performing maintenance functions such as repairs, assembles, & disassemble of equipment in a safe and professional manner Able to test such equipment and maintain testing equipment Certified to operate commercial equipment such as forklift & overhead crane Ensures shop cleanliness and housekeeping The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required Ability to operate torque machine under supervision Pickup and delivery of equipment and parts to and from outside vendors and other locations for purchase and / or repair Recognize and communicate the need for shop tools and equipment Responsible for the cleaning of equipment utilizing parts cleaner and or steam cleaner Identify and communicate the need for parts for inventory Maintain a clean and safe work area. Maintain paperwork documentation of work performed (Routers) in a complete and timely manner on a daily / job basis The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required. Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and guidelines Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process Works as directed. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS High School Diploma or GED equivalent from a state accredited institution 1 or 2 years oilfield experience Knowledge of rental tools; basic knowledge of company computer systems Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Good mechanical aptitude Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required
