Our Operations Team is seeking an on-site Manufacturing Test Engineer. You would be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing test processes are reliable, efficient, and scalable, enabling the production of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. This role bridges the gap between Engineering and Operations by developing, implementing, and maintaining test systems that verify product performance and design intent. Key success factors include ensuring seamless integration of test systems into production, maintaining alignment with quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Manufacturing Test Engineer supports new product introductions (NPIs), monitors and optimizes test performance, and provides data-driven feedback to stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in TrellisWare's ability to uphold its standards, deliver quality products, and meet customer requirements. To be considered for this position, you would need to meet, at a minimum, the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed here :
Strong knowledge of RF and wireless communication technologies, (examples : Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 5G, LTE), and spectrum analysis.
Experience with test development, including designing automated test systems and reducing test cycle times.
Knowledge of mass production scaling and integration of test systems into manufacturing workflows.

TrellisWare Technologies pays competitively according to the market in an individual's geographic location, in addition to their qualifications and experience. The posted range is for individuals located in the San Diego, CA area. The pay range for this position is : $115,000-135,000k, annually.
