The production lead will be responsible for training new employees on the production line and in machine operating. This role involves overseeing daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.

Work Environment

The position is based in a hot, non-climate controlled environment. The work schedule follows a rotating shift pattern from 6 : 30 am to 7 : 00 pm (2-2-3-3).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.47 - $24.47 / hr.
