IT Business Relationship Manager II
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
Pay Range : 41.79 - $62.68

What You'll Be Doing
Develops effective relationships with business units, divisions or groups of users. Ensures required IT services are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit / division. Acts as a liaison between the IT department and other business units to help integrate IT into the business by fostering inter-departmental communication and collaboration in service of business goals. Provides direction and guidance to business partners to enable the best information technology solutions that match strategic business needs.
- Function as the primary point of contact from IT for business stakeholders. Builds and maintains strong relationships with business partners and acts as a liaison between information services teams and the business partner.
- Provides education to new partners with regards to IT service offerings.
- Provides input and communicates the IT capabilities / service catalog to better meet business needs.
- Assists with prioritization of work for each assigned line of business based on the IT Portfolio and business priorities, while ensuring progress is on schedule and outcome is high quality.
- Ensure recommended solutions are streamlined and aligned with organizational priorities and goals and monitors that the IT solutions are meeting the partner's expectations.
- Develops, shares, and leverages best practices across IT.
- Assists with capturing, centralizing, and assessing IT demands to identify benefits and associated risk and cost.
- Develops metrics to track value delivery and provides various reports.
- Communicates business needs with the appropriate IT group to gain alignment between business needs and technical capabilities. Works with IT, the Project Management Office and other key stakeholders on project prioritization, solution delivery and communication.
- Gathers high-level business requirements and defines scope during initial discovery by conducting meetings / interviews, and facilitating large group / cross-functional sessions with partners.
- Collaborates with Business to interface with vendors to understand whether vendor products will meet business requirements.
- Applies BRM best practices in daily functions.
- Educates on the BRM program and collaborates with the team on maturing the business relationship function and capabilities.

Bachelor's Degree in the Information Technology / Computer Sciences fields or equivalent years of experience required3-5 years of experience in relevant field requiredBusiness Relationship Management Practitioner - BRMP requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
