We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Developer to join our IT team supporting critical applications in the automobile industry. The role involves developing and maintaining systems on IBM Mainframe platforms using COBOL JCL CICS DB2 and VSAM with a focus on processes such as supply chain dealer management manufacturing and warranty.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of mainframe development experience strong debugging and performance tuning skills and familiarity with tools like File-Aid Abend-Aid and Endevor. Knowledge of ERP integrations (e.g. SAP) and exposure to automobile industry systems is a strong plus.

What Youll Do

Develop and maintain applications using COBOL JCL CICS DB2 VSAM
Support systems for manufacturing supply chain dealer management and warranty
Debug optimize and improve performance of mainframe applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth production operations

What Were Looking For

5 years of mainframe development experience

Strong expertise in COBOL JCL CICS DB2

Hands-on experience with tools like File-Aid Abend-Aid Endevor

Knowledge of automobile industry processes (dealer supply chain manufacturing) preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
